Pick your path

Two ways to get this done - both 100% free

Grammar check tool

Checks left today: … Word limit: … Wait: ready
0 words Fair use: first check up to 1,000 words, then 100 words, 1 minute between checks, 3 checks per day per IP.

How this free grammar check helps print jobs

Print deadlines leave little room for last-minute wording fixes. A restaurant menu, realtor postcard, or event flyer can look polished in layout and still hide a misspelled street name or a confusing offer line. This CheapFAST Printing tool reviews the text you paste, lists spelling and clarity issues, and offers a cleaner rewrite you can drop back into Illustrator, Canva, or Word before you upload for a PDF proof.

Fair-use limits (so the tool stays free)

Your first check each day can cover up to 1,000 words. After that, each check is capped at 100 words, with a 1-minute wait between runs, and a maximum of 3 checks per day per IP address. That keeps the AI service available for other customers who are polishing short headlines, captions, and call-to-action lines. Need a full brochure reviewed? Use the File Uploader and ask our prepress team for help at no charge.

What to paste

  • Business card lines: name, title, phone, website, tagline
  • Flyer headlines, body paragraphs, and offer fine print
  • Postcard or EDDM mailer copy before the PDF proof
  • Yard sign or banner wording that must read clearly from a car

Leave prices, phone numbers, URLs, and product names as written. The checker is tuned to keep those details intact while fixing grammar and awkward phrasing.

After you clean the copy

Place the improved text in your artwork, confirm bleed and safe zones with our guideline templates, then upload on the File Uploader. Request a free PDF proof so you can verify the final layout before production. If you still need design help, start from the Online Designer or ask for free design setup on eligible products.

Grammar check FAQ

Does my text get stored?

We process the check to return results and enforce fair-use limits by IP. Do not paste passwords, card numbers, or private medical details. For confidential jobs, use the File Uploader and note that the file is private.

Why only 100 words after the first check?

The first run is meant for a full short piece (up to 1,000 words). Later runs are for polishing a headline, paragraph, or offer line so the AI budget stays available for everyone.

Will this replace a human proofreader?

No. It catches common spelling and clarity issues fast. For branded campaigns or legal/medical claims, have a person review the final PDF proof before you approve print.

Can you fix my layout too?

Yes. Upload the file and ask for free design setup or a PDF proof. Spelling is only one part of print readiness; bleed, resolution, and color still matter.

We run flyer copy through this check before type goes on coated stock

A Newark salon writes a grand-opening flyer in a rush. We paste the panel here, catch a wrong phone digit pattern and a doubled word, then lock the line in Design Studio. A bilingual bakery sends English hours with a Spanish offer. We check both sides so Saturday is not Saturdaye on 2,000 cards.

CheapFAST Printing uses this grammar bench because reprints from a typo cost more than a two-minute read. We keep teaching it print-size copy, not novel chapters. Daily improvement, no plan to stop, no ceiling.

Does CheapFAST Printing use this grammar check on customer print copy?

Yes. We run short flyer, card, and postcard lines through this check before they sit on coated stock. It does not replace a human on names and prices, and we keep improving the prompts as real typos show up on press. We are not done making it more useful for print-size writing.

Clean type is one check. Files, proofs, and Design Studio still matter

After grammar is clean we still merge art, export a JPG proof, or enhance a soft logo. Use the same tools we use on those next steps. We keep all of them moving forward every day.

Why CheapFAST grammar check reads the words that will print

Answer first: paste the sentence that will sit on the card, flyer, or letterhead. Click Check with AI. The engine looks for spelling, obvious grammar, and print-killing typos. It found friday and There phone on a live CheapFAST pass. That is the job. It is not a novel editor and it is not a layout tool.

What we want you to paste

Paste the words that will be ink. Do not paste your whole memoir. A card back, a flyer offer, a letterhead block, a yard-sign headline. Those are the strings that get reprinted when someone notices Your the one after the box lands in Hialeah.

Keep names of people and streets. The tool should not invent a new company name. If a suggestion rewrites a legal business name, reject it. If it capitalizes Friday and swaps There for Their, take it.

How this sits next to the rest of the bench

Grammar Check does not add bleed. Use Uncrop or the guideline sample for that. It does not restore a blurry scan. Use Artwork Quality Enhancer. It does not convert Word. Use Word to PDF. It does not charge a card. Pay Later still waits until you approve a proof on a real order.

A Pompano church secretary often pastes the same bulletin blurb that already ran last month with a new date. The date is where Sunday becomes sunday. Catch it here, then drop the clean paragraph onto 100 lb gloss book flyers. Ground shipping stays inside that flyer total.

Limits we say out loud

Daily checks and a word cap exist so the public page stays up. If the chip says wait, wait. Do not paste a novel to burn the quota. If you need a full rewrite of a 12-page booklet, email support@cheapfastprinting.com or call (855) 608-5536. A person will price design time. This page will not silently write a booklet for free.

We do not claim this is the only grammar tool on earth. We claim it is the CheapFAST one that sits next to the form that already folded ground into the print price. That is the useful sentence.

Mistakes this page exists to catch

friday without a capital. There phone instead of Their phone. Your invited on a wedding flyer. A cell that flipped two digits because someone typed from memory. A suite number that vanished when Word auto-corrected. Those are CheapFAST reprints we would rather prevent on a free paste than explain on a reprint invoice.

A Hialeah clinic sent a card back that said Walk ins wellcome. Grammar Check will flag wellcome. It may not know the clinic wants the hyphen in walk-in. That is why a human still reads names. Accept the spelling fix. Reject a rewrite that turns a legal DBA into a cute slogan.

How we want you to work the results

Read every suggestion. Apply the ones that keep the meaning. Copy the cleaned block. Paste it into Design Studio or into the text layer on the guideline JPG. Then hide the rings. Then export. Then quote. Do not screenshot the checker and upload the screenshot as art.

If the quota chip says wait, the public page is protecting the engine. Come back, or email support@cheapfastprinting.com with the paragraph and the product you will print. A person can read a short block without burning the public meter.

Print English versus legal English

This tool is for marketing lines, hours, and offers. It is not your lawyer. A disclaimer on a medical flyer still needs a human who knows that trade. We will print the words you approve. We will not certify them.

Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Korean jobs still belong on CheapFAST. Paste them if you want a pass. Then send the same block to a speaker you trust, or ask us on All languages. Accents must survive. A missing tilde is a different word.

Ground shipping does not care which language you printed. The yellow FREE tag on the product form stays. That is the CheapFAST deal while you clean the sentence.

Where this tool sits in a CheapFAST order

Open the product form first if you already know the SKU. Then paste the words here. Then put the cleaned words on the guideline. That order keeps you from polishing a sentence for a size we do not sell. If you are still choosing between a flyer and a postcard, clean the offer once. Length will change when the die changes. The meaning should not.

A Pompano bakery used the same cleaned paragraph on a 4 x 6 card and an 8.5 x 11 flyer. The card lost a sentence. The flyer kept the hours. Both used the same phone that Grammar Check had already fixed. That is the reuse we want.

Do not paste HTML. Do not paste a spreadsheet. Do not paste a novel. If you need a 12 page booklet edited, that is design time. Email support@cheapfastprinting.com and say booklet. This page will not quietly become a book editor.

Last thing: if Check with AI ever returns nothing, copy your text locally and refresh. The quota chip should explain a wait. If the page is silent, call (855) 608-5536. Ground shipping on the later order still sits inside the print price. This tool never added a ship line.

CheapFAST letterhead with contact lines a grammar pass would catch
Letterhead is where There phone and friday survive if nobody reads the paste. This tool is that read.
CheapFAST flyer type that must stay readable after trim
A flyer can be beautiful and still say Your invited. We would rather catch that here than on a thousand sheets.

Questions we answer on this bench

Does Grammar Check change my layout?

No. It reviews the words you paste. It does not move a logo, add bleed, or export a PDF. After you accept fixes, paste the clean text back into Design Studio or your layout file.

Is there a paid unlock like Word convert?

No. Grammar Check is a daily public quota on this page. It is not the one-free-then-paid converter gate.

What languages can I paste?

Paste the language that will print. We design, print, chat, and email in the language you send. The checker is strongest on English print copy. For Spanish, Korean, or mixed cards, also send the file to support@cheapfastprinting.com so a person reads names and accents.
