Our Promise to You: Perfection or We'll Make It Right
At CheapFASTprinting, we understand that quality is non-negotiable. If prints arrive with a defect, wrong finish, or any damage caused by us, we will reprint the purchase completely free of charge. If a reprint isn't possible or practical, we'll issue a full refund or credit to the account. We leverage our quality control checks so this rarely happens, but when it does, we fix it FAST (no hassle, no questions asked).
Why Custom Orders Are Final: The Real Deal
Here's the thing. Prints are custom-made, one-off products built to exact specifications. This means we can't accept returns for "I changed my mind" or "I don't like the color anymore" after the proof is approved. We stress the importance of checking the proof carefully because our guarantee covers OUR errors only, not design changes after approval. We're being honest and transparent, right from the start.
What We Cover: Our Fault? We'll Fix It Free
If there's a production slip on our end, we will reprint the purchase completely free of charge. Here's what qualifies for a free reprint or refund:
- Print defects like smudges, streaks, ink spots, or misregistration (colors not aligned correctly).
- Bad cuts, folds, or finishing issues like crooked trimming or poorly applied coatings.
- Wrong paper stock or coating applied (for example, ordered matte but received gloss).
- Missing items or wrong quantities in the shipment.
- Printer color failures (not normal RGB to CMYK color shifts — actual printing errors).
- Shipping damage that occurred during transit (crushed boxes, torn prints, water damage).
What We Don't Cover: Customer-Supplied Issues
We can't be responsible for issues that come from uploaded files or choices made during ordering. We understand this might sound strict, but it's important to be clear about what falls outside our guarantee. Examples include:
- Typos, spelling errors, or content mistakes in artwork approved in the proof stage.
- Poor-quality or low-resolution images provided (remember, we recommend 300 DPI minimum).
- Design mistakes like wrong text, missing elements, or misaligned layouts visible in the approved proof.
- Color differences caused by RGB vs. CMYK conversions or differences between monitor and printed output.
- Choosing the wrong product, size, paper type, finish, or quantity during checkout.

If something's not right with the purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as fast as possible. Here's how:
