What are all the product types CheapFASTprinting.com offers?
We design, print, and program. For the design department, we can build anything from a business card to a wall sign. For printing, we produce low-cost promotional marketing materials in bulk like business cards, flyers, postcards, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, and door hangers, as well as signs (vinyl banners, yard signs), and custom apparel and gifts such as T-shirts and mugs.
How do I properly upload my design files for my order?
Each product page features a price calculator with file upload options, ideal for submitting purchase files. For purchases already made, send files here: /system/file-uploader/
- Export artwork as PDF, JPG, or PNG at 300–350 dpi.
- Set colors to CMYK and include 1/8″ bleed for full-bleed jobs.
- Use the product upload field at checkout or the link above for completed orders.
What are the recommended file formats to use for artwork file submission with the order?
Accepted graphic design files include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG. Ensure files are in CMYK color mode at 300 dpi for optimal print quality. For best results, submit JPG files at 350 dpi in CMYK to prevent conversion issues.
Do you offer design help if I don’t already have a design ready?
Yes! Free and paid design setup is available with every purchase as needed. The design team assists in creating, editing, or adjusting artwork for beautiful prints.
Is there a cost for your design services?
No, design setup is free with any paid order. Advanced custom design may incur a small fee, but confirmation occurs before starting artwork.
How does the “free printing sample kit” work and who is eligible?
The Free Printing Sample Kit lets customers test, feel, and see printing quality and paper materials directly, building confidence for ordering.
What is the typical turnaround time from order to shipping?
Turnaround varies by order type—design, printing, digital or offset. Typically, purchases arrive within 3 to 10 business days.
What shipping methods and destinations are available?
Shipping options include worldwide upon request, but online purchases are limited to USA nationwide. Carriers used: UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Cargo.
How can I pay for my order?

Is my payment on this page secured?
Absolutely. The website uses HTTPS and latest security technology to protect information. Payment details are not stored.
What happens if my printed product has a mistake or defect?
For issues from printing errors or damage, reprinting or refunds apply. Contact support@cheapfastprinting.com within 7 days with photos/videos and details; evidence will be reviewed and next steps provided.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Purchases can be modified or canceled before production begins. After printing prep starts, changes aren't guaranteed, but efforts will be made to halt and assess cancellation timing. For pre-press orders, cancellation may incur partial cost.
If the order is already in pre-press preparation, then we can still cancel it for a fraction of the cost of the order.
How do I track my order once it’s shipped?
Upon shipment, print jobs are updated with tracking numbers and carrier details, including 1-click links for transit and estimated delivery.
What are the shipping costs and are there free-shipping promotions?
Shipping costs depend on location, product, and quantity. Each product includes a shipping calculator; select product/quantity and enter zip code for an estimate (subject to review).
Does CheapFASTprinting.com deliver internationally (outside the U.S.)?
Currently, shipping is limited to the United States. International options may be arranged upon request. Contact for details on printing jobs with shipping to other countries.
What kinds of finishes or paper stocks are available?
A wide variety of finishes and paper stocks is available, including glossy, matte, silk, uncoated, premium, and recycled options. Preview and feel samples in the sample kit.
Do you offer proofs or mockups for my artwork before printing?
Yes, free digital proofs with designer notes are provided for all purchases prior to production. A preview is sent for approval before printing.
What file preparation guidelines should I follow?
Use CMYK color mode, 350 dpi resolution, and add ⅛″ bleed on all sides for full bleed designs; extend background past cutting line. Download pre-made guideline templates (link coming soon).
Do you accept rush orders or expedited printing services?
Yes, rush printing is available on many products. Opt for digital printing like flyers, B&W, or color copies for quicker turnaround. Contact prior to purchasing for availability and delivery estimates.
How do returns, refunds, or reprints work if I’m not satisfied?
For dissatisfaction due to quality issues or print errors, contact within 7 days. Cases are reviewed, and reprints, refunds, or account credits provided as suitable.
