We design, print, and program. For the design department, we can build anything from a business card to a wall sign. For the printing, we print low-cost promotional marketing materials in bulk like business cards, flyers, postcards, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, and door hangers, as well as signs (vinyl banners, yard signs), and custom apparel and gifts such as T-shirts and mugs.
How do I properly upload my design files for my order?

What are the recommended file formats to use for artwork file submission with the order?
We accept all sorts of graphic design files, as well as standard design file types, including PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG. All files should be in CMYK color mode and 300 dpi resolution for the best print quality. We recommend you to provide JPG 350dpi resolution files in CMYK color settings to avoid compatibility issues during conversion.
Do you offer design help if I don’t already have a design ready?
Yes! We provide free and paid design setup with every order when required. Our design team can help you design, edit, or adjust artwork to ensure it prints beautifully.
Is there a cost for your design services?
No, design setup is completely free with your paid order. Custom, advanced design work beyond basic setup may have a small fee, but we’ll always confirm that first before proceeding with an artwork design build.
How does the “free printing sample kit” work and who is eligible?
The Free Printing Sample Kit will allow you to test, feel, and see our printing quality and paper material we use firsthand; that way, you will be more comfortable placing your order with us.
What is the typical turnaround time from order to shipping?
This is very different for every order; for design projects, printing projects, digital vs. offset printing, the time varies a lot. But we can assure you that you will receive your order mostly within a range of 3 to 10 business days.
What shipping methods and destinations are available?
Shipping is available worldwide upon request, but for online ordering, we only allow USA nationwide shipping. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Cargo.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order during the checkout or after the order has been processed already. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Bank Deposit, GPay, ApplePay, CashApp, and other common online payment options. Is my payment on this page secured?
Absolutely. We have worked hard to keep our website HTTPS secured and using the latest technology and programming to keep all the information secured. We do not store customer payment information.
What happens if my printed product has a mistake or defect?
If there’s an issue caused by printing error or damage, we’ll reprint or refund your order. Please contact support@cheapfastprinting.com within 7 days with photos or videos showing the damaged product and further details; we will study the evidence and contact you with following steps.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You may modify or cancel your order before production (printing preparation) begins. Once printing prep starts, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll do our best to place a stop to your order and figure out if it's still on time for canceling.
If the order is already in pre-press preparation, then we can still cancel it for a fraction of the cost of the order.
How do I track my order once it’s shipped?
Once your print order is shipped, we will update your order with the tracking numbers and carrier information, with 1-click links to see the transit time and delivery estimated arrival.
What are the shipping costs and are there free-shipping promotions?
Shipping costs vary greatly depending on the customer location and product + quantity they are ordering. To calculate shipping, we have integrated a shipping cost calculator to each product, so by selecting the product and quantity, plus updating the zip code on the shipping cost calculator, it will provide you with a good estimate (subject to supervision and revision).
Does CheapFASTprinting.com deliver internationally (outside the U.S.)?
Currently, we ship only within the United States; by request, international shipping options may become available for you. Contact us to see how we can set up a printing job with shipping to your country.
What kinds of finishes or paper stocks are available?
Variety is king when it comes to offering customers good variety for printing, paper thickness, coloring, and others. We offer a wide selection, including glossy, matte, silk, and uncoated finishes, as well as premium and recycled paper stocks. You can preview, see, and touch personally all these options in your sample kit.
Do you offer proofs or mockups for my artwork before printing?
Yes, we provide free digital proofs with designer notes about your art for all orders before production. You’ll receive a preview to review, and you must approve it before proceeding for printing.
What file preparation guidelines should I follow?
Please use CMYK color mode, 350 dpi resolution, and include at least ⅛″ bleed on all sides for full bleed graphic design; extend the design background beyond the cutting line. You can download our pre-fabricated guideline templates on (link coming soon).
Do you accept rush orders or expedited printing services?
Yes, we offer rush printing options on many products; we recommend ordering digital printing products like flyers, black and white, and color copies for faster production and ship out. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and turnaround estimates for arrival at your address.
How do returns, refunds, or reprints work if I’m not satisfied?
If you’re unhappy with your order due to quality issues or print errors, contact us within 7 days. We’ll review your case and offer a reprint, refund, or add credit to your account as appropriate.
