Is this paper safe for my office laser printer?

Yes, we have taken the time to run multiple letterhead test stacks and individual sheets of papers and run it through several home and office laser and inkjet printers to make sure that our paper selection and ink will hold and act perfectly on any of these devices, every time! Our smooth 70lb Opaque paper is specially engineered to withstand the heat of the laser printer, and hold any amount of ink without tilting or bending.
Can I use 20lb or 24lb bond paper for letterheads?

If you wish to use a 20lb or 24lb bond paper for your letterheads, we welcome you to visit our color copies printing section. We don't recommend downgrading to this thin transparent paper, but every customer has special needs, and we are here to help.
Can I write on these letterheads with a pen?

Yes, you mostly will find issues writing on glossy and UV finished paper stocks, but for our letterheads we use an industry standard luxury opaque white smooth paper, perfect for writing and printing on it.
Will the paper turn yellow or become brittle over time?

If your concern is based on the question of if the paper will eventually turn to yellow, or become brittle over time, don't worry, our paper is resistant to all this and perfect for archival.

Do you offer free letterhead design setup?

Sounds crazy? But yes, we are now leveraging on many AI tools to help us ease the process of creating a design and now able to offer completely free letterhead design setup for you. If you want a more complex letterhead, we also offer the paid design service.
Can I print on both sides of the letterhead?

Yes, our letterhead can be printed front only and front and back as you wish or need. We can also do 4/1 (Full color front and grayscale on the back) and 4/4 (Full color Both Sides). Often used for terms and conditions, privacy policy and other light extended information.
What is the turnaround time for letterhead printing?

When we talk about turnaround time, we focus on the time for when you approve the art and proofs, to the moment the actual stack of letterheads leaves our facility on the way to you, for this, in economical turnaround, allow 2-4 business days. If you need them to ship next day, we can print them digitally, much quicker!

What bleed is required for edge-to-edge printing?

When you want the bleed effect on your letterhead (bleed means to be able to see the ink all the way to the edge of the paper) for this, we will need a recommendable 0.25" side and vertical extra space to use it as after cutting waste, so the letterhead will look as if it was printed all the way to the edge of the paper... it will still be 8.5" x 11" and 8.5" x 14" as we print them on bigger rolls of paper and trim it off to final size.
What sizes do you offer for letterheads?

For this particular product we only offer 8.5x11 and 8.5x14, but we also have a medical letterhead section where we also carry special medical indication and other type of clinically spec sizes that result smaller but more efficient.
Should I convert my design to CMYK before sending?

Make sure to convert your design to CMYK before sending it to us, so you can approximate the visually corrected settings as similar as possible to the final printed color setting. Remember that from RGB to CMYK color usually shifts, and we would like you to see a final email letterhead design proofs for approval before we print if we need to convert your files to CMYK.
