100 lb. Gloss Book: This is our most popular and versatile flyer paper. It's a high-quality, substantial paper (like a premium magazine cover) with a smooth, glossy finish that makes colors pop. It's flexible, professional, and great for handing out.

100 lb. Gloss Text: This is a lighter paper, similar to the *inside* page of a quality magazine. It's very flexible and great for lightweight flyers that might be folded or included in mailers.

14 pt. & 16 pt. Stocks: These are thick, heavy card stocks. 16pt is the thickest and most durable option we offer. Choose these when you want your flyer to feel premium, sturdy, and more like a postcard. They have a modern, rigid feel.

For those needing urgent fulfillment, we offer same-day production. Orders approved by the 2 PM EST cutoff are typically completed and ready for shipment or local pickup the same business day.

Variable Data Printing (VDP) allows for the personalization of each leaflet in a single production run. This is ideal for quick pamphlets that require unique names, addresses, or specialized promo codes on every sheet.

Setup requires a static quick pamphlets design (PDF) and a data file (Excel or CSV). The team is available to assist with the setup process for your quick pamphlets project.

RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is the color model your screen uses and is **perfectly fine (and often preferred) for our digital units**. Our advanced hardware can reproduce a wider range of colors (a wider 'gamut') than traditional CMYK output, so an RGB file often results in more vibrant and bright images.

CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is the model for *offset* (bulk) production. While we accept CMYK files, converting your RGB design to CMYK beforehand is an unnecessary step and may even *dull* your colors. **Bottom line: Just send us your high-quality RGB file!**

We accept almost all high-resolution file formats, including **PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, and PSD**. For digital production, you **do not need to convert to CMYK**. Submitting your file in **RGB is recommended** as our high-speed presses have a wide color gamut that can produce more vibrant colors from RGB sources. For best results, please use our downloadable templates to ensure your file is set up correctly.

This is the #1 reason for print delays! Please follow these guidelines for perfect prints:

Bleed (0.125" extra): This is the background color or image that extends 0.125" *past* the final cut edge. This ensures that when we trim your flyer, you don't have any accidental white edges. Your file should be 0.25" larger in both width and height than the final size (e.g., an 8.5" x 11" flyer should be submitted as 8.75" x 11.25").

Trim (Final Size): This is the final cut line of your flyer (e.g., 8.5" x 11").

Safety (0.125" inside): This is an imaginary line 0.125" *inside* the trim line. Keep all important text, logos, and content inside this safety line to ensure nothing gets cut off.

Our production turnaround times are based on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If you select a 2-business day turnaround and approve your order by 2 PM EST on a Friday, it will be produced and guaranteed to ship by the following Tuesday (skipping Saturday and Sunday).

Absolutely. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. You can get a free design proof via the file uploader form, or when you complete your order using the "pay later" option. Once the flyer order is approved and ready for production, we will need the payment to be completed to proceed.

We will work with you to fix whatever went wrong and re-run your flyer order right away. We will cover the return shipping cost of the defective product and arrange for the carrier pickup.
