Taking into account a 2-4 business days for production, packing and shipping out of our facilities, plus an economical ground shipping transit time of 2-4 business days, we can say that your mugs can be in your hand within 4 to 8 business days.
The print area of the mug, is already very covering, no need to run a double sided print. If you are referring to printing inside the mug, no, we don't print inside the mug surface.
No limits at all, you can use all sort of design and colors as you wish, including gradient and even photographs. Complex logos are also welcome and price will remain the same no matter what file you provide.
We offer a completely free design proof option during the product selection options, if you pick the free proofs option, we will setup a preview of your design on a mug similar to what you will get physically, so you have a better idea on what to expect. We will not proceed with printing until you approve the mug proof preview art.
We can print as few as 1 single mug, but we like to offer customers to print as many as 12 or 24 to start getting better pricing per unit in case this is intended for re-selling or marketing. The larger the order, the cheaper the price will get per mug.
For mug designs, we encourage to provide high resolution (300dpi) CMYK color settings, in JPG file, but we can accept any design file format you have and run a conversion. If we receive any other file format like PDF, AI, PSD, be prepared to receive a proof approval email to make sure text , font and other objects fell into their correct place during conversion.
We allow a good discount for bulk mug orders, but this is only meant for same style same colors same design printing. However, we can run a custom order for you with different color settings and quantity based on your needs, but we will need to run a custom quote for you on this.
